Moving rapidly through the ranks, He excelled at his position as a Regional Vice President with Choice Hotels. Jordan’s clients often remarked at his attention to detail in curating mutually beneficial deal terms, as well as his ability to create lasting friendships. Outside of his day-to-day duties, He was also successful in connecting franchisee’s, brokers, and lenders regularly. Bill has extensive sales and customer service experience and has applied these skills in the real estate and finance industries as well as various other sectors for many years. He has been successful in building profitable sales operations in Commercial/Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, and Debt and Equity Placement. Bill and his wife have four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys golf, piano, fishing, skiing, woodworking, and general honey-dos.
David has a proven track record of success, with more than 15 years of finance experience in commercial, business, and residential lending and business analytics. His expertise in sourcing & securing capital for small to mid-size companies, as well as financing for commercial real estate investors across the United States has proved priceless within the industry. Warmly regarded for his efficiency and reliability in sourcing, commercial loans, including conventional, SBA, bridge and alternative lending solution. David has a Master of Science degree in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, New Hampshire.
Completed undergrad and MBA program at East Carolina University. Worked 3.5 years for a community bank in Eastern NC, focusing on community engagement and small business lending. I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 dogs, watching sports and traveling. I am the treasurer for Scarlet Oak Farms, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that focuses their efforts on rescuing hound dogs in Eastern NC.
